Proud Seagulls

Guy joined us early in 2024, as our Ambassador. I cannot thank him enough for his continued support and encouragement. As a former player for BHAFC, he has over the playing years been at the brunt of homophobic and racist abuse from other teams fans.

Jo joined us earlier this year. She  is a former BHAFC Women's player and played in goal. Jo brings a huge wealth of knowledge and experience to our group. She has been a stalwart of the Fans Advisory Board and in her last year is currently Chair of the FAB. Jo attends all the mens & womens matches both home & away.

Joanne joins us this year as our Trans Ambassador. I have personally known Joanne for over a decadent its been an immense pleasure. She is an advocate and campaigner for everything to do with the Trans community, transitioning and runs her own successful business. She has recently been aboard a Cunard cruise to deliver her powerful and moving  story of her transition.

Stuart, our Chair & Founder had the idea for an LGBTQ+ fan group some years before the club were promoted to the Premier League. In the summer of 2017, Proud Seagulls was formed and the rest they say is history! Stuart is fairly new to this exciting game called football. He has been a season ticket holder since 2012. Sarah is a lifelong BHAFC fan, along with her  family. Like most of us, Sarah enjoys both the men's & women's matches and is a season ticket holder for both. You can find Sarah in the East Lower Stand.

Caroline is other longterm fan and is a season ticket holder for both the men's & women's matches. You can find Caroline in the East Upper Stand.

Tristan  is our local celebrity, he is an up and coming comedian on the Brighton & London circuits. He is an avid supporter, sadly due to his gigs can't attend many matches.
